You’ve spent months planning, now it’s time to enjoy it! As your Day-of Coordinator, I serve as your event manager on the ground. I keep your timeline moving smoothly, coordinate with your vendor team, solve behind-the-scenes fires, and ensure your wedding vision comes to life exactly as you imagined.

The Process

No matter what phase planning you are in, you have an open line of communication with Taylor once you book. Sample wedding guides and your personal Google Drive is shared with you to ensure easy access to all documents. First planning calls start 3 months out.
2 Months Out

As more DIY elements are coming together, here is where we start seeing the vision and where the pieces start to fit together. Not all details are final and that’s okay! This second call is more structured to understand what goes where, tentatively line up your vendors, and answer any remaining questions leading up to your final calls with vendors. Draft run-of-shows (timelines) will be started.
1 Month Out

Usually, our final call takes place 2-4 weeks out. We usually want this call to take place once you have had your final calls with your photographer, DJ, and possibly venue. Those main timelines allow us to talk through all major and minor details while going hour by hour, minute by minute. After this call, Taylor takes the information and starts finalizing your run-of-shows (timelines).
Week of

We may need additional calls leading up to the week of-totally okay! But by this time, all details should have been sorted out and finalized between the Clients, Taylor and vendors. Taylor will send out a final email to all vendors so that everyone has the run-of-shows (timelines) and confirms call times and details.

Wedding Day!

You enjoy your day while I tend to your needs and ensure your vision comes to life! All calls and questions will be redirected to Taylor. Taylor will set up and oversee all vendors, DIY elements, and make sure curveballs are tended to. Your only job is to celebrate! Any and all notes will be discussed after your big day.
